History: Kal-Dor Visik was a Zabrak civilian on his homeworld when The Sith Empire invaded. The Republic had a small presence of force and were pressed hard to hold their ground. Kal-Dor stepped up to the challenge and joined a civilian resistance movement to fight off The Sith Empire. He proved to be a competent fighter and leader, taking a command position as rebels initially got slaughtered by its previous commanders. His command led to a brief turn around in the war effort. The Jedi Master Vrek sense his strength in the force in a joint operation and saw his potential. Kal-Dor would become his apprentice. In the following months of conflict, Kal-Dor learned the ways of the force on the battlefield but his discipline kept his emotions in check as he progressed through his training. It was not until The Republic decided to concede the planet to The Empire that Kal-Dor fall to the dark side began. The war had broken out into a stalemate however The Empire was pumping additional forces into the effort where The Republic was not. As The Republic began to withdraw, Master Vrek ordered his new padawan to come with him and leave his fellow Zabrak fighters behind to die. Kal-Dor felt betrayed and abandoned refused to leave his brothers in arms behind and his discipline was unable to hold back his rage, he attacked his master in the middle of a skirmish between resistance fighters and the Sith. A Sith Lord leading the assault named Darth Valcor witnessed the killing blow and offered Kal-Dor a deal to join him in return his brothers in arms will be spared. Kal-Dor agreed and joined his new master.
